The Student Union Board is the biggest student-run event planning organization on campus. If your org or club has an idea for an event but needs help with some aspect of planning or advertising SUB may be able to lend you a hand. There are a few options when it comes to cosponsoring. You can combine your event with one of our existing events or work with our Executive Board to plan a new event.

The most frequent co-sponsorships we do are with our already existing events. Greek organizations as well as orgs like RSA, SPARKS and the Center for Leadership have cosponsored Midnight Meals, SUBLive, and SUBCinema saturday night movies. For these, the organization will help to run the event and we will put their name on all advertisements for it. Occasionally we will specialize events towards an org, such as playing Horrible Bosses as our movie for Center for Leadership. Ideas for new events are also encouraged. Our biggest colaboration of this type was for Rock the Lawn, Elon's first student music festival in spring 2011 with Limelight Records. We also collaborate with SGA for the Homecoming concert every year and have worked with Campus Rec on various events from a movie in the pool to a Laser Tag tournament.
